Mac Jones Eli Apple Video – The Low Hit May Lead To Suspension

Mac Jones Eli Apple video was edited by reporter Dov Kleiman that depicted the journey as more of a trend than an outlier in Jones.

The Patriots quarterback has been repeatedly accused of playing “dirty” after a low hit by Mac Jones on Eli Apple in front of the public.

The incident happened during the Saturday Cincinnati Bengals’ game against New England. While Jones was pursuing, Cincinnati linebacker Germaine Pratt recovered what was thought to be a Jones fumble down the left sideline.

Bengals cornerback Apple was trailing the play while Tyquan Thornton of the Patriots was also pursuing.

Jones lunged low in front of Apple’s legs to knock him down as he chased after Thornton.

The Bengals won 22-18 because the officials determined that Jones actually threw an incomplete pass rather than fumbling the ball.

The officials didn’t give Jones a penalty call. Apple was open and honest in his evaluation of Jones’ dive following the game. An NFL probe has apparently been sparked by it as well.

For his low hit on Eli Apple, Patriots quarterback Mac Jones may receive a fine from the NFL.

According to a report by Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, the NFL will examine a hit made by Mac Jones on Bengals CB Eli Apple with the possibility of punishing the Patriots quarterback.

Florio stated on Christmas Eve that the league office would examine a hit made by Jones on a play that had been whistled dead on Monday or Tuesday.

According to Florio, a suspension is one of the possible penalties, but it is now thought to be unlikely.

The NFL Network reported later on Monday that Jones might receive a fine but won’t be suspended.
